Delivery Policy

We deliver to over 20 countries. We offer free shipping for orders of/over US$500.

Our products are shipped from Hong Kong SAR and sold on an unpaid Delivery Duty basis. With this in mind, please be aware that you, or whoever the lucky recipient might be, may have to pay Import Duty or a Formal Customs Entry Fee upon, or prior to, delivery. If you're unsure how this will affect the overall cost of your order, we recommend checking your Local laws and regulations.

Please note that if any package is returned due to unpaid import duty or customs fees, we will charge a handling fee of US$150 or 10% of your order total, whichever is greater. The remaining balance of your order will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 days after he package is returned.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to BFPOs, University addresses or PO boxes.
