SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Destinations

Vivienne Tam currently ships to more than 20 countries worldwide.

Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders of US$500 or above.

Duties and Taxes

Orders are shipped from Hong Kong SAR on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless otherwise stated.

Import duties, customs clearance fees, taxes and other local charges are the responsibility of the customer or recipient and may be payable before, upon or after delivery, depending on local regulations.

If you are unsure whether additional charges may apply, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing your order.

Refused or Returned Shipments

Where a shipment is returned to us due to:

refusal of delivery;

failure to pay applicable duties or taxes;

an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer; or

repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts,

a handling fee equal to US$150 or 10% of the total order value (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund.

The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days after the returned parcel has been received and processed.

Vivienne Tam shall not be responsible for delivery delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier delays, strikes or other events beyond our reasonable control.
